I have received a number of questions about the Secret Santa gift exchange, so thought I would do a quick post to everyone.

Q: Do I let my Secret Santa recipent know that I'm their Secret Santa?

A: It is up to you, but most participants do enclose a note or a card letting the recipent know that you (or your furbutt) is their Secret Santa. Otherwise, how will they be able to say "thank you".

Q: What is the mailing date deadline?

A: We had established the mailing deadline as November 29th, however, if you are shipping overseas, please allow for more time. Also, many of our members have indicated that they will be out of town during part of December. Please check the Secret Santa information thread above. If you have specific mailing instructions for your Secret Santa, please post in that thread.

Q: When can we open our presents?

A: We are suggesting that presents not be opened until at least December 8th. (Yes, it's very hard to resist!!!!)

Q: Pictures -- what about pictures?

A: Once you have opened your presents (December 8th or later), we hope that you will take pics of your furbutts with their gifts. There is a special thread (above) that has been created by Sher (K/C's Mom) just for posting these very special pics. Please use this thread instead of the normal picture thread.

I will try to resist opening gifts, but I cant promise Murphy will, he sees a parcel and he is into it.
