Spanky will give you kisses all day if you let him. He kisses everyone, he is a make-out bandit! What he wont do though, is wag his tail! He will shake his whole rump when he is happy but not a tail twitch to be had. I know he can do it. On rare occasions he will give it one or two wags but for the most part he just isnt a wagger.
Anyone else have a stingy wagger?

Cosy doesn't wag hers too much. She dances for joy, though. She will wag it if
she's laying down and you talk to her...her way of being lazy and showing she likes
it, I guess. Toy is a big wagger. Even speak in her direction and it wags.

Awww..that sounds so cute....a little bootie wagger. Both mine wag their tails like mad. Bleu is not a licker tho. Mia will only give kisses when SHE wants to give kisses. She has been known to give a paw to the face in rejection of a kiss.

My Crisse didn't wag her tail for a long time. I found out she has arthritis and takes cosequin daily. Crisse is older though, perhaps 11 yrs old. Crisse now wags her tail for me and her Daddy.
