Hi all
Pixie is now just a over year old. She arrived Christmas week so the kids Ciara and Edel (12 &9 now) soon forgot about the man in the red suit that was going to come on Christmas eve. They were so excited about the new arrival that they didnt care about what Mr Claus was going to give them. Santa Claus came as usuall on Christmas Eve and left plenty of extra gifts for the girls and also for Pixie. (Pixie had her own stocking on the fire place). Christmas morning came and a huge ammount of goodies under the Christmas tree for the girls from the man in the red suit and also for Pixie.
Fast foward one year and the girls still dont know what they want for Christmas,
Because they have all they want. (A little Maltese named Pixie.)
Happy Christmas

OH, what a nice story. I can relate so much to it, we´ve had Nacho for 3 weeks and no one in my house would want anything else for christmas. This little guy has brought so much love and joy to our family. Even my husband, who`s not very fond of any fury living thing is always trying to find a moment to hug him and even kiss him (i can`t believe that). My daughter protects him as a little brother and he loves her to death.
Merry WHITE christmas to you all!!!!!!!!!!!

Pixie is a member of our family for nearly a year now. She arrived on Chrismas week. They do say not to give pets at Christmas time but in our case its an other story. (wont go into that now) To this day its like Christmas morning every day in our house. The girls get up from bed every morning and who is there to greet them but only Pixie,( you would think that they did not see one another for years) they come home from school in the afternoon and the same thing happens. Its like a new toy everyday. They have never lost interest in Pixie but only showed love and affection towards her. I am proud to say my daughters have showed the love and care that needs to take care of any animal. As we all know a great effort must be made to give a dog a happy home and a happy dog gives a happy home. Christmas day is everyday in our house. Its great to see the children give a little love and happiness to an animal and better again if its your own dog.
Cheers
