I'm going to the one tomorrow at Happy Paws. There's also a small dog area in Carl Schurz Park on East End Avenue between 83rd and 84th Street, right on the river promenade that I've been two a couple of times that holds really small dogs like ours. The base of it I think is some sort of padded plastic so not muddy and they seem to take care of it very well. I have one on the west side but don't take Tyler to it ...dogs are too wild and the ground cover is dirt and gravel.
