Debbie -- The pictures look as if she's using yards and yards of tulle in the tutu. I feel the same way about having a top - LOL -- they just seem naked without one.

Anyway, not a bad price for all the tulle she appears to use.

LOL -- Paula, after looking at the website, I too decided to make tutus for Lacie and Tilly -- even though I truly hate working with tulle. It's beautiful when it's finished, but for me it seems to take a lot of patience to sew with because it likes to stick together .
