I'm not overly impressed with Banfield. The ones in my area are like an HMO for pets. My son is unhappy with the care they have given his Jack Russel, as well.
I'm sure there are some with very good Doctors. You may want to interview and ask the Doc several questions. He may be one of the good ones.
