I am looking for a new method of exercise, and I was wondering if anyone had tried the Lotte Berk Method. I started Bikram Yoga
a year ago, but now that I am living in a different place I am not able to attend classes... there are none available to me here! I am very upset by this, as it was a wonderful workout that I enjoyed very much. It consists of 26 Hatha yoga positions performed in a room heated to 110 degrees, with 60% humidity. It's very intense, but very enjoyable. Anyway, the Lotte Berk method was recommended to me recently, but I do not know if it will be intense enough after Bikram. If anyone has any experience with it, I would love to hear from you. Thanks!
