I have tried emailing the company with questions and have never got any resposes.
IIhave tried calling them on the phone but since I am in Canada there is a message saying I'm out of their calling area.
I have one question. What PH level does their food output? I think it is supposed to be between 6-7. Thanks , jennaB)

I can't imagine that would be something they could test for anyway. It would seem it would depend on each dog's individual body chemistry.

Thank you so much for contacting them for me.
Acana told me their food outputs a PH level of 7 and so does NOW pet foods.
I need a food that is low in phosporous and magnesim and Grandma Lucys is a good choice so I just went out a bought a large bag.

Thanks again for calling them:thumbsup:
