Actually the harnesses give approximately and inch of 'give' in either direction. Chloe wears them right in the middle. They can definately go a little smaller or larger.

I wish Chloe was a tomboy! It is hard to find cute boy stuff that isn't blue. I guess I either need a lil girl or a female malt to dress up.
