I went into the cubboard today and my coconut oil is now a jar of liquid. I keep it in a dark cubboard but it has been hot weather lately.
Should I put it into the fridge or is it okay to leave it as a liquid?

yes, it's perfectly fine to leave it as a liquid.

when it's hard, I heat it up to turn it to liquid before I use it (when I use it on bisou's food).
