This one breaks my heart. They have been operating for a long time and also have a Brother in the Tenn. I think, use to have the link on their old web site. Both are puppy mills. I had asked CAPS to investigate while they were in Detroit exposing other puppy mills. They went to Kiesters and were told they could not look in the dog barn at rear of property. Stopped CAPS from going any further than the house.
They had AKC on the dogs and when I asked AKC to verify they were registered they found out they were NOT. Kiesters were fined and "slapped on the hand". Big deal!
