Desperately need help!

Lexi's mom is having the poop problem with her new baby Nikki. There is another thread for Nikki here somewhere.

Peanut had those excited pees before. A few here suggested it may be submissive urination. What we did to stop it was to ignore Peanut for a few minutes when we got home. Just get yourself settled in and then go to Angel and greet him. After a few days of that it really helped for us. Every once in a while it still happens but not nearly as much as it used to. The info I read before about it said that the dog doesn't even know he/she is peeing. I'm no expert, but that's what worked for us. Since you said it only happens when you come home or guests come over I'm assuming it's not a medical problem like a UTI or anything.

I tried the forbid (got it from the vet) and it worked for while they were taking it but as soon as I stopped giving it she started again. Right now I'm just making sure I pick up the poop right away. If I see her showing interest in it I tell her "NO!". So far that has worked. Hoping she grows out of this soon.
