Since you're an SMC member it is easy to add pics to your posts. You put them in a post the same way you put them in the Gallery. At the end of the posting box is an area that says BROWSE and next to it ADD THIS ATTACHMENT. When you click BROWSE it will take you to your computer files and you then choose the photo and then ADD it.
