I thought I'd share some pics of the two dogs I'm dog-sitting this weekend.
Jazzy is a mixed breed female around 15 pounds. I have no idea what she really is, except adorable! She looks like a wire-haired dachsund mixed with a shih-tzu or something. She definately has wirey hair, and she has the funniest little stubby tail, about 3 inches long that is constantly wagging. She is just so full of it. She has these miniature tennis balls that she carries around all the time.
Cody is an older male Golden Retriever. I think he's around 8 or 9. He's just a big oaf. Sweet and kind of aloof. He really wants to jump all over me and hump me, but I've been turning my back to him, so he's been learning that if he tries that on me, I ignore him. He's not mean, just overbearing, and never taught any manners.
It's interesting. These guys are so cute, but their owners think of them as "just dogs". I can really tell. They feed them crappy Purina kibbles and Ol' Roy treats. Their food dishes were kind of dirty and icky, so I cleaned them out before feeding them. They don't have any dog beds or crates. They have a few toys, but not a lot. They at least have collars with ID tags though. That I'm thankful for.
Anyway, I love dogsitting for people, so I thought I'd post some pics of them.
