You girl is beautiful. I just wonder if you are going to be able to leave her in coat after she has the pups. My Julia has hair about an inch long, and her one pup is making a mess of it, crawling all over her back.
What a great pony tail! She should be so proud! Unfortunately my Chloe had lost some hair due to allergies and scratching. We have fixed the problem, just waiting for the pony tail to grown back in again. So I'm sooo jealous!

This will be her 4th and last litter. We have always kept her coat long during. we shave her to the skin on her belly chest and hinny to keep it cooler. I band up her hair during the delivery and give her a bath after. We have to keep an extra fan on her when she is with her pups. We have to be careful the heating pad makes her hot and the fan can make the pups cold we hae to keep them both on low to keep them all happy. She is at 50 days today. just about 2 weeks to go.
Wow!!! I wish I looked that good when I was about to pop my kids out!

She is absolutely gorgeous!
I just wanna run my fingers through that beautiful coat!

Chloeandj, if you don't mind my asking how did you fix the allergy problem? The vet seems to think Paris probably has allergies. Her skin is usually a bright pink color and she scratches alot. Not enough to cause sores though. Said he won't send her to the dermatologist until she is a year old.
Well I did not have a very concerned vet (which was sooo frustrating!), so I took it into my own hands to find her a cure. Tried all kinds of things. Finally settled on a certain kind of food (chicken soup for the dog lover's soul), a vitamin supplement (Pawier) and the oil drops you put on their food. I bought Solid Gold shampoo and conditioner as it leaves a bit of jojoba oil on the skin. Anyways I did all that and she still would scratch at her ears. Come to find out she had hair growing inside her ear canal that I couldn't see. It finally festered up into full blown ear infections. We had to have her sedated and had them totally cleaned out. She doesn' scratch at all now. So I think she probably had allergies to begin with and then the ears started bothering her. So we are all better now. Good luck in finding her right combination. It is frustrating! I love seeing her hair getting fuller on her head now. It was was getting so thin around her eyes and chin too.
