Controversially held opinion, however there are some very good points made here in this article someone posted on Facebook. It's a long and detailed read, but very interesting, especially if you consume large amounts of grains and feel that they are good for you because they have no discernible negative effect.

I can't say I agree with everything on the website itself, but nevertheless, the article itself has merit.

I am a Celiac as is my oldest daughter so found this article interesting. I only have things w/wheat in the house in the event we have company! My husband eats as I do as it makes it simpler. There are wonderful things you can cook/bake w/out wheat---so Kitzel won't be having any in his little life! We don't suffer because of this really. Thanks for posting.
