If the dog chews it up very well they can be appropriate. They are absolutely not appropriate for dogs who will swallow chunks.
Greenies
I am sure this question has been asked before but are Greenies safe for our furbutts now? I know there was some controversy a while back (not sure exactly what the problem was) and a friend gave me two of them to see if my Yukki would like them. I am a bit scared to give them to Yukki because of this issues with them (again not sure what exactly they were) but my friend claims he Maltese LOVES them and does just fine with them. Please advise. I am very nervous and won't leave his side should I decide to give him one. Thanks.
