Halloween Dog Parade

I was just wondering if anyone from here went to the Halloween dog parade on Sunday (10.30.05) in Chicago. My husband, brother and I went and took Toby. I was expecting a few people and a few dogs. I have never seen anything like this in my life. There were over 250 dogs and probably 500 people that showed up for this event. It was so large that the Chicago police came and shut down State Street so that we could walk down it and parade the dogs. (If anyone knows anything about Chicago, State Street is one of the largest and busiest streets. For them to shut it down was a pretty big deal)

We were even on the news! Channels 2,5,7,9, and 12 all showed up!

Toby didn't win, but they did pass out some adorable prizes. We had a good time and as soon as I can, I will post a few pics.
