I like stories with happy endings. That dog looked so content to be with his family again. Thanks for posting the story!

Prozac with paws - I'm going to use that one!

What a great Christmas story, Sher. I'm so glad you posted it.

I love stories like these. As the nurse started to recall what happened I started to get teary eyed. Someone made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time to reunite Welsey with his owners - so much so that Wesley didn't even hesitate to jump into a strangers car. Thank you for sharing.

Sher - how heartwarming.:wub: So glad it had a happy ending. Prozac with Paws struck me too. :HistericalSmiley: Actually little Wesley looked like he was on Prozac in the piece - he was so calm and sleepy looking. So sweet:)

This actually happened very close to where I live. I loved the story but sure wish they had followed up with an educational piece about this is a good reason to have your fluffs safely harnessed in your car or securely crated in your car. Had they done this, that poor little guy would not have run off. And of course we all know how lucky that little guy was to have survived the crash.

Oh wow that is such an amazing story!! Its a miracle that little dog survived with the extent of their injuries and the shape the car was in. And it survived and was found by, of all people but the nurses son!!! That is a true Christmas miracle. Love stories like that.
