Hi were are Bernie and Irv. Puggie is our owner. We got him about 5 months ago and didn't know much about the breed or small dogs for that matter. He is very bright a true lap dog or has his chair at the computer. He is very protective and loyal. He has rules. You can't touch anything he is sitting on including humans, you can't get back in bed if you get out. you can't move in the car. You can't touch his collar. If you do anything he doesn't like you have unleashed Cujo. Have a great day everyone.
