I use tiny round tipped scissors. You can get them curved or straight. I think the curved ones are safer. If you don't see them at a pet supply store near you, I think you can get them on Amazon and maybe Chewy. I think at one time I used sissors like that intended to clip human nose hairs. 😁

I think professional groomers use clippers, but I am too clumsy to try that.

I use a palm clipper, but rounded scissors work. It is the part of grooming I like the least. He is very fidgety.

To keep their head from moving gently hold tight on their hair below the chin. I trim a straight line below the eyes making sure to remove hairs from the eyes. Good luck and they get use to it.
