I got my first dog Maltese Male in last November. He turned 1yr in Sep. The first year its been a journey knowing each other sometime going crazy and thinking why I got a dog, but when I looked at his face I got the answer . I love him. I made my second bedroom his room. Our complex is pet friendly so managed to meet some new puppy owners and arranged play times and dates.

He is very social sometimes I feel too social hard to control him running to every dog and human. My dog is also on a bit heavier side for Maltese. He is 12.8lb doing great. The only thing I noticed is he can't jump on the couch but other puppies when they come they jump on it but I am good with that. He loves to walk.

He is adorable. You might want to think about doggie stairs for the couch. Maltese can develop knee and joint issues.

I bought them but folding is not working well. so returned. I always put him up and get him down.

I have a 1.5 year old and about 2 months ago she started jumping up on everything....she is a great jumper now lol! It makes me laugh she just pops right up...I take her to work with me and she loves sitting on my desk!
