I feel like crying. She is the cutest thing and I did not want to leave her while I go to work.

I feel confident in the vet that she is going to because they are using the latest in technology and also all natural stuff, but...............

I just hope that she will be fine when I get her home.

AWWWWWWWWWW....
How old is she?? Chulita is 4 months old and I have LOTS of questions about the spaying process and what to expect when I bring her home after spaying. I want to be prepared NOW in terms of what to expect before I bring her in, what if anything...I will need to buy for her...etc... What is the "lastest technology" that you are talking about.

Well I have a hard time leaving Chulita at the GROOMER for 2-3 hours.
I had NO IDEA when you took them to the groomer you had to LEAVE THEM THERE  for 2-3 hours. I was like WHAT??? WHY??? Cant' I hang out in the store for an hour? She's so tiny you should be done with her fast. LOL!!!

No one ever told me about the whole process at the groomers. I have taken her twice and I leave there feeling SO EMPTY and Guilty knowing she is there with a bunch of loud barking dogs. I can't even imagine how I'm going to feel when she gets spayed....

I think I am going to try the PetSmart groomers.  You can watch what they are doing through the window.  Right now, they have a puppy special 14.99, not bad.  I plan on keeping him with a puppy cut, anyway.

As far as getting him fixed.  Lord I DREAD that day.  I am already looking up the soft made "lamp shade collars" (hate those plastic ones), or the "no bite collar", I saw them on Amazon.com.  Also, someone mentioned on this board to put an infant onsie tee-shirt on them to keep their surgery area covered.  I just want to make sure he is as comfortable as possible when it has to happen.

Good luck with your baby.

I took Chulita to Petsmart for her first groomer appt. I got that same ONE TIME 14.99 offer for everything bath, nails trimmed, ears and a little ttiming of the hair because I want it to grow out a little. But you have to LEAVE them there for 2-3 hours...unless you pay extra for express service which I had NO IDEA about. So I was so upset to leave her there but I did because she really needed a full grooming session. I took her back this past Saturday. When I called about the Express service they said something about its's only the first appt for the day for express service. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't explain things very well at least the one by me so once again I had to leave her there.
But they did a decent job again. I heard about a groomer closer to my house I'm going to give them a try next month. :D
