Hello everyone.. I've been hanging around here for quite some time, but never formally introduced myself.. I was introduced to your wonderful site by Cindy after I adopted Allie, now known as Kallie.. She has beautiful brown eyes now that can see, because of your generous help.. I have six dogs. Kayla, Kiley and Kinky are Bichons.. Kallie, Lovey and Gucci are my Malts.. Guccie will be coming here to live next weekend, so I include him in my pack too.. He also was given the gift of sight by your kindness.. I am now doing rescue in Florida and am very humbled by all the needs of these little ones and the people who are willing to go the extra mile to keep them safe.. I like to paint,(as in art ), read, garden, decorate, shop, and play with my dogs..I am interested in the welfare of tis planet, and I am a raw foodist, and so are my dogs..I am especially drawn to dogs who have lost thei sight. I just moved to Florida from Boise, Idaho and find it to be quite a change.. So, that's about it in a nut shell. I'm very happy to be part of you and I hope we will become good friends over time... And Thanks for all you do...:wub:

Thank you so much for the welcome.. You know, it's easy to open up a heart and home to these little darlings..for the plain reason that they give me so much more than I could ever give them.. I'm the one's who's honored to have them..

I know your area well.. I travel back and forth to Atlanta frequently and travel 441 to 75 through Ocala.. And I'm minutes from Altamonte.. In fact this weekend I'll be passing by you on the way to Atlanta to transport two dogs here..One goes to Cindy, and Gypsy will be coming here.. She is only five years old and totally blind, so we are trying to raise the money so she can see.. She has a lot of years ahead of her in the darkness if not.. Anyway, thanks so much for your kind welcome...

Hi Laura, thanks so much for the welcome..It's very nice to meet you also. Yes Gucci is a darling little boy..Now that he can see he is just loving life and especially is fascinated with the squirrels..Too funny.. I just can't wait to have him here with me...

I gave Gucci man a "chorus girl bath" today since he can't have a regular bath yet. His eyes are looking good, less bloodshot. Its so nice to see him chasing squirrels and checking everything out in the backyard and looking directly at me with those big brown eyes. We'll be over on Sat., we are really going to miss him, he is so loving and a sweet boy.:wub:

Hi there my friend... I'm glad to hear that he's doing so well.. I got him a new bed..Leopard no less!! In fact I found 7 of them and got one for each of my Gang.. also one for Gypsy.. Can't leave the girl out, you know..I can't wait to see Gucci with his sight.. He was wonderful without it and I can imagine he is just going to be spectacular now.. Roberts very excited to have him here with us too.. I know you're going to miss him, but the door is always open to you and you could have him for sleep overs if you want.. Not kidding!!! Yes, Allie was some story..She has beautiful dark eyes now, and they follow me everywhere I go. She is just loving life...She's really a sweetheart and I am so thankful that people all over the country found it in their hearts to help her..
