Lovely pictures of a very pretty lady indeed. I like your glasses but love the picture on the right best of you without, less distracting

I hate having to wear reading glasses so much now. It seemed not very long ago that only my hubby had glasses and I was 20/20 now I am worse than him
Thank you, Maureen. :tender: I have to tell you that I think YOU are beautiful! For some reason, at 66, I still don't have gray hair. I think you and your hair are beautiful ... and, those eyes of yours are gorgeous, too.
Except for the hair stylist of mine who is also a friend, other stylists thought I had color in my hair. Now years ago, when I was in my teens and twenties ... (ah, so long ago) ... I dyed my hair black. I loved black hair! I always had compliments on it. However, as I got older, and because I have very fair skin, I had to give up the black color.
There is another picture of me taken with the other two pictures ... on the bottom of this post.
aaahhh look at snowball:wub:. Your beautiful "as is".
Thank you, Mary. :tender: I cut my own hair and the bangs stood out to me in the picture with Snowball. LOL You should really see me "as is" in the morning! Then I really look better with sunglasses on! :HistericalSmiley:
What lovley pictures of you and Snowball. Your a very beautiful lady Marie with or without glasses. I wear contacts and wear my glasses when i'm not working.
Thank you, Debbie. :tender: I don't mind wearing glasses ... as long as they are comfortable. And, there are so many pretty frames to choose from that it can be fun! I wear some of Joy Mangano's glasses (different color frames for different seasons and the frame is shaped just like the one in my picture)
She has specials on HSN ... very inexpensive and well made.
Oh Marie, your beauty shines through you. Not only are you a beautiful person inside, but it radiates on the outside. I just love the person that you are.
Feel so blessed to "know" you and precious snowball.
Marie, you always touch my heart, by the person that you are.
Aww ... thank you so much, Christine. :tender:
ah, there's that beautiful lady! My goodness Marie, you have the most beautiful skin!!!! What your secret for that?????
Don't worry about the glasses, I wore contacts for years and years, and lately I'm wearing my glasses all the time too....I can see better with them....and sometimes that's more important than vanity, LOL. But I'm still ripping them off when a camera comes out, LOL
Thank you, Pat! :tender: I think you asked me once before about my skin ... so, I'll share what I know again, just in case you missed it before. Most of it is hereditary. And, for YEARS, I have sworn by Camay soap. I always loved the scent of the soap (get many compliments on that ... another story!) and it really seems to be like it was advertised years ago as ... "the beauty cleanser" I also use Aveno Facial scrub. And, I use Oil of Olay eye cream ... all over my face ... not just in the eye area. I only use a little bit and I like it because it is not oily and it feels light on the skin ... like air. Also, although I use eye make-up and lip liner and lipstick ... I only use a little color on my cheeks because I tend to be pale/fair in color. I
don't use foundation.
As far as the glasses ... I don't mind wearing them at all. I do recommend taking them off for some pictures, because sometimes, especially with my granddaughter, the lens tend to leave a glare in the picture.
Beautiful pictures of a beautiful lady and fluff!!!
Don't you love the way they snuggle up into our necks like that???
Aww ... thank you, Maggie. :tender: And, yes, I love the way they snuggle up to us like that.
Beautiful pictures, Marie! And I'm with Pat...you have the most incredible skin!!!
Awww ... thank you so much, Nida. :tender: I forgot to add above on my response to Pat ... that I do make sure I have a little fat in my diet, too. Although I need to lose some fat now, too! LOL Seriously though, healthy fats are good for your skin ... like olive oil, and nuts like almonds. And, salmon is WONDERFUL for the skin ... it can give your skin a healthy glow and help firm your skin, too.
