Hi, guys. I would like to make some recipes from the Pitcairn book for the girls next month. I have a five vitamins and minerals I need to get yet. I was wondering if you could help me look for them on the internet. I can't afford to spend a lot of money so I'm looking for some good deals. Here is what I need:
- Ground Vitamin C 1,000mg
- Lecithin Granules
- Vitamin A IU 10,000
- Vitamin A IU 2,500
- Vitamin E IU 100

Thanks for your help!

Vitamin World has the lecithin granules and vitamin A 10,000 IU. They are cheaper then the other sites I've checked. I was hoping to be able to get all the stuff from the same site. Oh, well.

I buy most of my vitamins from Revival.

http://www.revivalanimal.com/category.asp?...hcd2=1124717256

They are the cheapest I've found and their shipping is very reasonable. I usually by a 3 month supply at a time.

I also get some supplements from the drug store if they aren't made specifically for dogs. Milk Thistle is one of those.

I looked for these vitamins at Walmart but they didn't have them. The pharmacist told me I would have to go to a health store.

Revival does not carry these vitamins.

I don't shop GNC that much because they are so much more expensive, but you're right. The last time I was in there I noticed they were carrying mainly diet and weight training supplements.

It sounds like Lecithin Granules are a soy based product. How about your local health store?

That is what the Cambell's Nutrition is. The prices are from their website. They seem to be kind of expensive. I'm going to go to one of their stores this weekend.
