Good luck...I lost much weight on the plan years and years ago after having medication put the pounds on very fast...I found weight watchers to be a program not of dieting but of life style. I trained to become a leader when I was all done with the weight loss...but I must admit that I was always a thin person so having someone come in every week to be weighed and putting there whole sense of worth on the scale was not something I wanted to do.

Once you know how much you can eat it becomes second nature and the lbs just slip away.

Have fun with it and remember don't think of it as a diet.
