When I was a kid we had a chick at our stables that was born with it's beak crossed. It couldn't pick up seeds, worms, etc. so we would let it hang out in the feed bucket so she could have a better chance at getting food. She lived quite awhile and never missed feeding time. We called her little peep, but she grew!
