We get Drs Foster&Smith and I have to say they are very good too and they do back up their products. We ordered the wrong Glucosomine for Scooby and it was our fault too so I called them yesterday and they said to send it back and they would send the right one as they have a record of the one we usually get, and not only that the girl said she will send 2 one is for free for the mistake... I explained it was my mistake and she said that is ok you are good customers and we value your continued business. I thought that was very nice of her.

yep , they have excellent customer service. they are VERY helpful when you have no idea what product you *really* need and what suits your needs best.

petedge also, in my experience. i ordered some bows and what crappy bows they turned out to be! i called to say how disappointed i was that they arrived crushed and "cheap", and they sent me out a bag of better ribbons and told me to keep the others (which i'd determined were too big for a buttercup, and so i use them when wrapping small gifts LOL). they were very nice, very concerned about my disappointment in their product, and were willing to go above and beyond to keep my business. color me impressed!

Ok, I think I've requested catalogs from:
- Petedge
- Dog.com
- Drs. Foster & Smith
- In The Company of Dogs
- GW Little

I might have done others but those are the only ones I remember.
My mail man is going to think I'm nuts when he starts delivering 8 pet supply catalogs!

Do all of these catalogs sell to end customers or do some sell only to retailers?  I'm confused :new_Eyecrazy: , cuz it seems petedge is for retailers.  Someone please clarify.

No all of these sites are ones that you can go to. You can buy in bulk and get a discount but you don't have to.

They sell to both retailers and plain ole customers like us
They have some of the better prices and if I order by 2PM Monday thru Thursday my order is at my door the next day by dinner time
