I have been babysitting my mom's dog for a little while and I'm afraid to give her back now!

Lexi's nose seemed to be turning a little brown. So I decided she needed some sun as she doesn't go outside a whole lot at my mom's. All of my dogs love to go outside and romp around many times a day and she has been right there with them. BUT her nose has not turned black it has done the opposite! For the last 2 days I notice it looks such a light brown it almost looks pink. What have I done??? I thought brown noses meant need more sun, am I wrong? Did she get a sunburn?

I thought the same thing that you did. That's weird that it would get lighter. I've never heard of that happening before.

I have the same problem with Maya her nose is pinkish. I though sun exposure will tan her noise but it hasn't.
I think its call winter noise. In Maya's case she's had winter nose all year around
