Porcupine who acts like a puppy!

My daughter just sent me the link for this video of a
porcupine that is playing like a puppy. It's very cute... but
I think I'd still be a little afraid of it and those long quills.

Scary and cute all together! I noticed the person is wear gloves.
OMG hahhah, sucks you gotta wear gloves though!!!
Cute, but I couldn't have a pet that I had to wear gloves around.
Adorable but scary too. He's a funny critter, but I wouldn't do a game of "boo" with him. We jump out and go "boo" at our fluffs and they just run in circles like maniacs, then they come back for more.
Do this w/ a porcupine and you'll be a human pin cushion...Pretty sure any pet that requires gloves to handle is out on my list o' critters.
We used to have 2 skunks as pets,no gloves needed and no we didn't need close pins on our noses...they were deprefumed. We saved them from a fur farm.
That is so cute!!! If you check out the bottom of that video (after the first video is shown) ... you can also check out a baby porcupine eating a banana! Precious! Oh, and the handler in this one does not have on gloves.

I agree that a game of "boo" would be out of the question...
and painful...lol.
What a cutie...looks like he weighs a fair amount too. This must have been someone's hand raised baby. I wonder if they could shave the quills (porkiepinepuppycut?)
:w00t: the video is so cute, buttttttt have you ever had a quill in your flesh? My daughter kicked a dead porcupine when she was young, it was enbedded in her shoe and foot:w00t: took me forever to pull it out. I'd hate to think that little guy would get excited and let a few of them off:w00t:
I held a full grown skunk once:chili:
