One of my 4 y.o. granddaughter's friends (Kamryn) died yesterday in a car accident on the way to their preschool. Her father is in the hospital and we don't know his condition. He was taking her to school, hit a deer, lost control and the car flipped into a marshy area and was underwater. Nobody could get her carseat undone to get her out. My daughter is trying to figure out how to tell Taylor. We are all very sad and in shock. I just know she is sitting in the Lord's lap right now.

Oh Donna, what a terrible thing to happen, the great sadness that family is going through breaks my heart. Without a doubt she is in heaven with Jesus, what a great loss.

Heavenly Father, my heart is breaking for this family, I will never understand why little children's lives are cut short, but you do and I put my trust in you. Lord wrap your precious loving arms around this grieving mom, touch her husband Lord, bring healing to his body mind and spirit, bless their hearts, comfort them as they grieve, Lord hold them up when they feel they just can't continue another moment. May they feel your presence all around them. Send loving people to help in the days to come. Be with all of the family members and friends of this special little girl Kamryn, may her life always be a blessing to everyone who was so lucky to have known her. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

This is so tragic. Praying for little Kamryn's family (she was taken too soon but the Lord works in mysterious ways) and hoping that her father pulls through soon. Praying too for your granddaughter, this is so difficult for even us adults to understand and much less a child.
