Great idea! I went to my first dog show last year - the first one in New Orleans in twenty years and I just found out they're doing it again this year!! It would be great to find out if other SM members are going to be there!

Carina :thumbsup: What a wonderful idea... Do you know is there a way for dog owners to find out about local kennel clubs? I am a member of a kennel club that is 1 hour drive for me but well worth it. The wealth of experience of members is similiar to SM only in person. Maybe not all kennel clubs are as good as the one I am in. Jeanne

I too like the idea. Unfortunately to my knowledge there aren't dog shows, or reputable Maltese breeders. Vegas just isn't dog friendly.

Yung, I just got your PM response to my PM wherein I sent suggestions for the proposed rescue thread. Admittedly, I am a bit disappointed that you were so fast putting up this thread and not a word from you on the rescue thread other than to ask me if I was a rescuer?

TY Carina for this wonderful suggestion!! I too, find myself having multiple SM windows open trying to learn and digest all this show stuff!! It can be overwhelming to say the least!!
