Reunited
I just saw a lady on the news who was a victim of Katrina who lost her little Chi and thought she would never see her again. Well, these people rescued her little guy and they just showed her being reunited with her little dog. Everyone was crying tears of joy, what a wonderful outcome for them both

You know a couple of times I saw film clips in the news down there in Louisiana I was sure I saw a little white dog trotting about. I am just hoping that someone did pick Snowball up and she has been reunited with her original owner. Maybe there will be a surprise in the Animal Planet program and they will show her with her little boy. Wouldn't that be something?

Oh wouldn't that be the greatest gift of all? Nothing could top that for me this Christmas and if it should happen I for one would be over the moon with joy for that little boy and his loyal pet.I hope so. Janet,here is the picture of the reuntited Toppy and his Mom.Im sure this is the one you are speaking of as you and I are in the same area.It was in this mornings paper.they said since Toppy had been rescueded he has been very unhapppy and would try to bite everyone that went to touch him.As soon as he seen his Mom at the airport he went bannans!!!! What a miracle,th rescue group had posted his pic on petfinder and his Mom seen it there!

Yep that is the one Sheila, I have a slightly different picture in my paper, but it is too small to scan worse luck but thanks for posting it, that is such a lovely story, and a fantastic outcome for that poor little Toppy and his mom who have both been through so much.

Yep and tonight don't forget to watch Animal Planet at 7pm our time as they are going to show a few stories about some peopel who have been reunited with their pets, that should be a real tear jerker but worth watching

I "tried" watching that show sat night... omg.. I only saw 2 reunites and I couldnt watch anymore...

and... i'm a person that CAN actually bare watching animal cops... (sometimes I have to turn away from that too)... I dunno... I just couldnt bare these people telling how they had to leave their best friends behind and then they broke down and cried... just heart breaking...
