I'd be interested in how well these work too.. They sound great, but only if they actually work.
:HistericalSmiley::HistericalSmiley::HistericalSmiley::HistericalSmiley:Putting any possible "benefits" or "boost" to muscle tone they may or may not give aside, they are absolutely rediculous looking! I would be far too embarassed to go out wearing those even on a walk with the dogs.
I seriously doubt they make any noticeable difference in muscle toning anywhere on your body. I think they are another gimmick item.
Ok so having read the replys and doing a lot of online research I decided to go ahead and try a pair. Not because of the muscle toning claims but because of the improved posture.
Almost every review said they were really comfy and actually did improve posture - I've always been a sloucher so I figured it was worth a try.
My 14 year old step-daugher is still :HistericalSmiley: cuz she thinks I look like an idiot.[/QUOTE]
That made me smile because it
kinda reminds of the Crocs craze.
My Mother forced me to try them on,
I resisted at first then put them on to placate her.
Now I have them in many colours! :brownbag:
I & DH use the crocs in the house instead of slippers.
Yep, he has coverted to crocs, too! :HistericalSmiley:
I have never tried the Sketchers shape ups, but I do have some Skeetchers sneakers, and I like them.
