Putting any possible "benefits" or "boost" to muscle tone they may or may not give aside, they are absolutely rediculous looking! I would be far too embarassed to go out wearing those even on a walk with the dogs.
I seriously doubt they make any noticeable difference in muscle toning anywhere on your body. I think they are another gimmick item.
