Tessa sick

Tessa has been to the vet twice since last Thursday - she's had bouts of runny poop and is not eating. I'm getting very worried and scared as she's not getting better and will be taking her back again today. They've done a number of tests but so far nothing. She went through this about a year ago and never did find out what's causing it. Please keep us in your thoughts.

Aw, poor little girl. I hope they find out what's going on. If only our babies could talk!
Sending well wishes to Tessa!!!!
Ahhh sorry to hear little tessa isn't feeling well! Is she drinking so staying hydrated?
Is it possible it's a bout of colitis? ...any stress on her lately?
you might try a bit of pumpkin ( plain not pie filling) to help firm up stools but I'd check with vet on that if you don't know the cause as of yet.
Awww, I hope Tessa feels better.:grouphug:
We hope you feel better soon, Tessa! :grouphug:

Oh poor baby, I hope the Vet can figure out what is wrong! Give her lot's of kisses from Noel, Triniti, and Terra
Oh, Maggie - Poor Tessa! I hope that either the vet figures something out or it passes as it did last time. Anything at all new to her...food, experiences, toys? So hard to figure out. Has Sweetness been fine? Keeping Tessa in my thoughts and prayers.:grouphug:
aww hope baby tessa gets better soon ! keep us posted !
Heavenly Father, I lift little Tessa to you, I ask Lord that you would touch her little body and bring healing to her. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

When we have know earthy answers we can always ask God, he knows actually what's wrong with precious Tessa. I'm believing in her healing. Hugs to you Maggie
Oh poor thing I hope she's okay. Not eating and runny poop. Sorry just some suggestions. Can it be allergies, food change, treats?
oh goodness - feel better quick Tessa, you are worrying your mom!
Thanks and hugs to you all! She's a bit better tonight - ate 1/4 cup of hamburger and rice and 2 rotini noodles (don't worry - plain, no sauce). It is a bout of colitis but not sure of the cause. I

personally think it's food related - she'd been doing great for six months on NB Sweetpotato and venison and when I had Sweetness in at the vet for a UTI a month or so ago, the vet I saw (mine was on vacation) wigged out and said they both needed to be on Royal Canin SO as NB would encourage crystals. So, stupid me, I changed both their food. Sweetness is fine, but after a month on SO, Tessa got runny poo. I told my regular vet that I thought it was the food but she seemed to think it would have come on sooner. Anyway, Tessa's a bit better today and I'm hoping we've turned the corner.

This is what I love about SM - this morning I was so worried and so upset and I knew that tonight I'd have lots of prayers, love and words of encouragement! I do believe it helps our fluffs getter better quicker than they would without you all!

Thanks and hugs!

We are glad Tessa is improving, and we hope you can get everything straightened out so she doesn't get sick again.
What is Royal Canin SO?
(Diamond is eating Royal Canin Low Fat as part of her recovery from surgery. It seems to make her poo very soft -but I think that's the point of this particular type of food - to make her recovery easier.)

SO is supposed to discourage the formation of urinary stones and crystals. Sweetness had frequent UTIs until she started on it and is doing very well - she needed it apparently. Tessa on the other hand . . .
