How can the State of California decide to overide the FDA??? I don't understand this. Can anyone shed some light?
The rabies vaccines states on the bottle that only healthy dogs should be given the vaccine.. How can the state of CA completely disregard the directive from the FDA and force veterinarians to give the vaccine to a sick animal. I just don't understand.
