Hi everyone - I purchased a velcro closure dress a couple of years ago for my little maltese. I cannot remember who I bought it from but I do know that it was someone on this forum. I am looking for a boys velcro vest for my new yorkie - neck 8 1/2"; chest 13". Can anyone lead me in the right direction. Thanks!.......................Pat
