We are the new happy parents of a wee little boy named Oliver, from Andrea of Kandimaltese. He is darling! Playful, happy, and totally wee wee pad trained! He has a Yorkie brother and sister named Sophie & Zach, who are 4 & 5 years old. They had such fun playing yesterday on his first day home. What a blast!

Since I'm new, here's a little bit about myself...I am an elementary school teacher who lives on Long Island, NY. I share my life with my husband, who's in drug discovery (the legal kind ;) ). We are blessed to live with our Yorkies and new Maltese baby.

I can see why everyone here is so enamored with the breed! Have a beautiful day!

Welcome and congrats on the new addition! I am new here as well, although I don't have a malt of my own yet (just a little poodle mix puppy I recently adopted) but I have learned a lot from everyone here.

I bet Oliver is adorable...we would love to see pictures!!! :)

Thanks for the warm welcome...

Hopefully these pictures come through...just had a vet visit and he remarked what a healthy strong little boy he is. Thanks to Andrea ;)
