Hi
The longest we've left Lucy alone at home is four hours w/ water, food, puppy pad, toys, etc. So when we return she'll start FREAKING OUT and zooming around us whimpering, peeing, etc. Is this just a sign of excitement or..?

Thanks

She's just very glad to see you.
The peeing is probably "submissive urination". Next time you come home don't make a big deal of it and just nonchalantly come in to the room and then get down to her level and pet her, etc. But make sure not to pet her immediately after the submissive urination ... she may think you are rewarding her for peeing!!! Here is one web site with info but if you will Google "submissive urination" you'll find a ton of articles about it:

Thank you thank you thank you. It seems every time I post a question you have a quick smart response =] I'd heard something about that, but I was a tad worried - wasn't sure if there was another reason.
