My Coco is 3.4 lbs at 16 weeks. Her body is really long and thin. Her legs appear shorter than her body length. Is it possible for her body length to grow quicker and now her leg height will catch up with her? My previous Maltese as a puppy appeared more short in length and her leg height seemed to match more proportionately at this age. I purchased her from a reputable show dog breeder so I know she is full Maltese. She estimated her to be 5.8lbs full grown but I find that hard to believe with how long her body is at only 16 weeks. Any thoughts?
