I don't know about the fraud claim.
But hubby is a HUGE KC fan...and his "SM" is the KC Fan Club.

The board was saying last night that she had asked him to stop touring so much and he refused. There may be more to it than that.

He is only like one of the hottest names in country music right now. She knew that when she married him! Details like that should have been discussed BEFORE saying the vows!

I doubt that he is gay....but I can see the rumor starting.
I also can't believe the marriage wasn't consumated!
One of the radio stations in the area called a lawyer friend about the "fraud" part and asked for an example of "fraud" in a marriage.
He gave this example. (example=not the reason for this particular instance)
He said if children were discussed prior to getting married, and one party said "yes, I can give you children and I want children"-then after the marriage they revealed that they themselves cannot produce children. It would fall under the "fraud" category for leading him/her into the marriage under deceptive pretenses.
I can see where any of these rumors might fall under that...but I am more likely to lean toward the touring one. Who knows? I don't think she was all that cute anyway.

Maybe what she (Zil) meant to say is that "she" was the one guilty of fraud.
